Return Products

J-tees.gr has an obligation to return and change its products if

1. The product has been shipped in the wrong size,

2. The product has been sent with printing errors from our responsibility and not from a wrong design that has been sent to us.

3. The product has been shipped in the wrong color,

4. The product was shipped with obvious defect

In the event that our products have reached you, having one or all of the above reasons we are committed to make a change and & resend them free of charge within 10 working days.

Products cannot be returned

1. If the product you received is not in the right number & the reason is your wrong choice at the time of purchase & not incorrectly listed dimension

2. If you changed your mind and want it in another color

3. If you finally want another model of a t-shirt or another design of a print.

4. You want to add another print.

The reason is that all our products are printed with your order exclusively for you.

Refunds are only possible if the product you ordered has not been printed.

Order cancellation

All our products are usually printed & shipped within 3-7 business days of order confirmation , for Greece and Cyprus.

In case you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you should contact us directly by phone or e-mail within the first 24 hours from the moment of confirmation and before your order is printed.

Otherwise the order is not canceled.
