Shipping & Delivery

All products are sent by courier service, elta courier, to the place you have indicated in the step "Delivery", during your order. Receipts are also made from our main stores free of charge, by appointment.

GREECE

The fixed delivery cost for your orders is  4.00 € and the cost of cash on delivery is  2.00 € .                                                                                                                                               The cost can be changed in case of large volume or weight always after consultation with the customer.

CYPRUS

The cost for sending orders in Cyprus amounts to 4.00 € and the cost of cash on delivery amounts to 2.00 € .                                                                                                               The cost can be changed in case of large volume or weight always after consultation with the customer.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery of products purchased from the "J-Tees.gr" website takes place within 5-7 working days, from the date of order, in Greece and Cyprus and within 5-10 days in all other destinations.

Delivery times may increase in case of holidays. Carriers do not make deliveries on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends. For orders placed by bank transfer, the delivery time starts counting from the payment confirmation.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

In case the delivery of your order is not possible, the carrier will leave a note that will explain how to receive it.
